Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid before the tour date or as confirmed during the booking process.
Payment details will be shared after we confirm availability, itinerary, and pick-up information.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the tour date.
Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the tour date may be charged 100% of the total booking value.
No-show bookings are non-refundable.
Price
Price is based on a minimum booking of 2 persons. For solo travelers, families, or larger groups, please contact us for a custom quote.
Pick-up Area
Free pick-up and drop-off are available from selected areas such as Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Canggu, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua.
Additional surcharge may apply for remote areas or locations outside the standard pick-up zone. Please share your hotel or villa location when booking so we can confirm the final pick-up details.
