Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid before the tour date or as confirmed during the booking process.
- Payment details will be shared after we confirm availability, itinerary, and pick-up information
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the tour date.
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the tour date may be charged 100% of the total booking value.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable.

Pick-up Area
Free pick-up and drop-off are available from selected areas such as Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua.
Additional surcharge may apply for remote areas or locations outside the standard pick-up zone.
